- Biophix delivers thousands of parcels to all EU countries every week. We use all major European carriers such as Royal Mail, La Poste and Deutsche Post. Orders will be dispatched the day following receipt of any order assuming the product is in stock and cleared funds have been received. Delivery time is normally 5-9 days from placement of order. All orders over 50 euros/GBP are delivered free of charge. Any orders below are charged at 5 euros/3.50 GBP. For track and trace options please see your order home page.

We hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we realise that returns are sometimes unavoidable. Returns within 30 Days:
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit, exchange or full refund.

Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number. Also, please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will refund the original postage and packing costs and there are no restocking fees. Please note that credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

We can only dispatch to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.
